ADVANCED PLANNING

To understand a job fully, we start with The Job Plan and Need-To-Know Checklist. Each spells out what we need to know, have and do to complete a project.

THE ESTIMATE

Prior to submitting an estimate, we take the time up-front to make certain costs are accurate and reasonable based on the job specifications. No surprises later.

THE ACTION PLAN

Our Action Plan defines critical dates and meetings with defined tasks. Every project follows three phases: Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction.

BENCHMARK MANAGEMENT

To assess a project’s progress and performance, we set benchmarks. We’re pro-active with client vendors (e.g. architects, voice/data) to meet these benchmarks.

24/7 COMMUNICATION

We’re available 24/7 and highly accessible. We believe in strong, direct and regular communication, so clients know the status of a job at any given time.
